My First Ever Sugar Free Turtle Cheesecake & Misc.....

So, I was approached by a friend at church and asked if I could make a sugar free cheesecake for her daughter's baby shower. Of course, my answer was yes but I was debating with myself exactly how I was going to accomplish this task! I did my research and found a recipe to make my own sugar free condensed milk and the rest was easy.

Here is the finished result.....

They had been asked to wait on dessert but as you can see by the picture, they couldn't resist! Anyhow, it was a joy to hear that they truly enjoyed it and that it tasted wonderful.

That is truly what it is about for me. I do this A) because I enjoy it but also, B) because I love to see peoples faces when they enjoy something I have created!

Last night I created a Nutter Butter cheesecake with Reeces Peanut Butter flavored topping and crumbled up Reece's on top and a Oreo Cheesecake with mini oreos and chocolate topping with shredded hershey's on top. I don't have a camera at this point so please pray that I will find a great deal on one so that I can take my own pictures of these wonderful creations!

Saturday I made what I call my "cookie surprise" and it was a huge success! So much so that some of the boys wanted to lick the dish I made it in and they appropriately renamed it "ghetto surprise"! I had a video but haven't figured out how to successfully upload it to here. Once I get it figured out I will put it on the blog. It is absolutely hilarious!

Anyhow, you get the idea of what I am doing and hoping to share a lot more. A friend of mine may be opening another restaurant and I have the possibility of being in charge of making the desserts/pastries. Will leave it all in the Lord's Hands!

Until next time,
Beth
